A Special Day for Members
Grab a member to be your partner and play in one of our favorite events of the year! Enjoy a fun day of golf while raising funds for our annual December Tribute Luncheon, which celebrates ALL members, especially our Honorary ones.
Please plan to have lunch after golf and stay for our general meeting. We hope you have a fun day!
Cost & Registration
- $10 entry fee per person, plus an optional $5 Miracle Putt per person
- Proceeds support the Tribute Luncheon fund
- Register with your partner on the MBWGC Member Portal
- No partner? Add your name where you see a single player and you will become a team
- Payment: pay fees on game day at check-in (same as regular Thursday game fees)
Game Day Details
- Format: Chapman (alternate shot). Both players tee off, then hit each other's ball on the second shot, then select one ball — the player who hit THAT ball second does NOT hit the third shot — and alternate shots until holed.
- Miracle Putt: Each player may use one on any hole (except #8).
- Fun Contests: Test your distance and accuracy with contests such as Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin and Closest to the Centerline.
Tournament Extras
- Photo op at Hole #1 — emailed to you and featured on the Member–Member Collage
- Best costumes will be recognized
- Munchie bags for all players

Thursday, September 17, 2026 — immediately following the tournament
- Elect the Nominating Committee
- Highlight our exciting end-of-year events, including the Member-Guest Monarch Invitational
- Debut our new Tee Sheet Signup App
- We need a quorum present in order to make decisions!
Tribute Luncheon
Monday, December 7, 2026 (different than shown in the roster book)
Additional Notes
- Flights are determined by total team handicap (60% of the lower course handicap + 40% of the higher course handicap)
- Please do not post scores — this is a fun event only
- Full instructions provided with scorecards on tournament day
- Results and tournament photos will be emailed after play
